    Vision & Values

    We develop a 'blueprint' or action plan with manageable steps aligned to your personal values and vision.

  3. Session #3

    Assess & Focus

    We discuss the eight foundations of health and performance and connect them to your strengths, values and vision.

  4. Session #4

    Action Planning

    Set long-term goals (2–6 months) and break them into achievable 'micro-goals' using your strengths and experience.

  5. Session #5+

    Ongoing Action Planning

    Continue working toward long-term goals, or transition to new ones as your life and performance evolve.
